Agustín León é fotógrafo freelancer e estudante de fotografia no Instituto Português de Fotografia - Porto. Nascido em Quito - Equador e criado até a adolescência em Petrópolis - Rio de Janeiro. Despertou o seu interesse pela fotografia desde muito cedo. Aonde fosse com a sua família ou amigos levava sempre uma câmera compacta nas mãos.
Em 2019, Agustín embarcou sozinho numa das maiores aventuras da sua vida, rumo a Portugal, onde daria continuidade à sua formação superior. Desde então passou por diversos trabalhos e desafios como imigrante. Aos poucos foi adentrando o mundo das artes visuais conforme conseguia tempo livre, até que, graças ao confinamento decidiu deixar o curso e o trabalho que seguia em Aveiro e mudou-se para o Porto, onde dedicaria por completo o seu tempo na concretização do seu sonho, viver da fotografia.

Agustín León is a freelance photographer and photography student at the Portuguese Institute of Photography - Porto. Born in Quito - Ecuador and raised until his adolescence in Petrópolis - Rio de Janeiro. He aroused his interest in photography from an early age. Wherever he went with his family or friends he always carried a compact camera in his hands.
In 2019, Agustín embarked alone on one of the greatest adventures of his life, towards Portugal, where he would continue his higher education. Since then he has gone through several jobs and challenges as an immigrant. Gradually he entered the world of visual arts as he got free time, until, thanks to the confinement decided to leave the course and the work that followed in Aveiro and moved to Porto, where he would completely dedicate his time in the realization of his dream, live from photography.
